Terms and Conditions:

These terms and conditions are effective from 1st April 2022. Client here refer to the business owner who paid Pixels Pride LLC for the website. Developer here refers to Pixels Pride LLC.

1. The $1 website is offered “as is” by Pixels Pride LLC. There will be no revisions (we will fix any content issues during design phase at no cost).

2. Client agrees that he will provide content for the website in 2 weeks from the purchase. Pixels Pride LLC reserves the right to cancel the contract without any refund Or use dummy content if client delays providing content in 2 weeks from the purchase.

3. Client should provide hosting details in a week from the purchase. Delay in providing hosting details (access to C panel of hosting account, registered domain name) can lead to cancel the contract with no refunds Or delay in delivering product.

4. Pixels Pride LLC try to deliver the finished website in 4 weeks from the date client provides content for the website Or 8 weeks from the purchase date which ever comes later.

5. Client should request for refund (if offered by Pixels Pride LLC) in 7 days from the delivery of the product.No refunds will be issued after 7 days.

6. Client agrees that Pixels Pride LLC holds all the rights on the website until refund period is over to protect our businesses and in case of refund issued, Pixels Pride LLC reserves all rights to delete the website from the hosting account and client agrees that he or she will not keep backup copies and reuse them in the future.

7. Client agrees that he or she will be responsible for managing the website including security updates , modifications to the content and corrections once the developer completes the delivery of the website. Developer have no responsibility of the same.
